Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of family doctor contract service model in the health management of 0-3 year old children.Methods A total of 150 children aged 0 to 3 years who received child health care service in Xiuquan Community Health Service Center of Huadu District of Guangzhou City from January to December 2021 were selected for retrospective analysis.According to different health care measures,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine community health management,and the observation group received family doctor contract service model.The growth and development,the incidence of bronchitis,pneumonia,diarrhea and planned vaccination were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the growth and development of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of bronchitis,pneumonia and diarrhea in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The planned immunization coverage rate and vaccination timeliness rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family doctor contract service model in the health management of 0-3 years old children can promote the growth and development of children,reduce the occurrence of common diseases,and improve the rate of planned immunization coverage and timely vaccination.关键词
