Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 82 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group(n=41)and the study group(n=41)according to the random number table method.The reference group was treated with Erythromycin and the study group was treated with Azithromycin sequential therapy.Symptom score,symptom improvement time and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,all symptom scores in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin sequential therapy for Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children has remarkable clinical effect,can accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
