Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ganciclovir combined with Reduning in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children.Methods A total of 42 children with infectious mononucleosis admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ganciclovir,and the observation group was treated with Reduning on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and remission time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The remission time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganciclovir combined with Reduning in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children has good clinical effect,can accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms with safety,and can be widely used.关键词
