Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of vaginal delivery failure in women with second pregnancy scarred uterus.Methods The clinical data of 86 second pregnancy women with scarred uterus who underwent vaginal trial labor in the Department of Obstetrics,Yinian County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the success of vaginal trial labor,they were divided into the successful vaginal delivery group(54 cases)and the failed vaginal delivery group(32 cases).Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the factors affecting the failure of vaginal delivery.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in age,weight gain during pregnancy,cervical maturity score and anxiety between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that unreasonable weight gain during pregnancy,cervical ripening score≤6 points and anxiety were independent risk factors for vaginal delivery failure in second pregnancy women with scarred uterus(P<0.05).Conclusion The influencing factors of vaginal delivery failure in second pregnancy women with scarred uterus are unreasonable weight gain during pregnancy,cervical ripening score≤6 points,and anxiety.Clinical personalized intervention should be given according to the above factors to improve the delivery outcome of pregnant women.关键词
