摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of delivery ball combined with free position midwifery in primipara delivery.Methods A total of 60 primipara who delivered in the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=30)received routine midwifery,and the observation group(n=30)received delivery ball + free position midwifery.The delivery mode,stages of labor and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The cesarean section rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the vaginal delivery rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of delivery ball combined with free position midwifery in the delivery of primipara can improve the vaginal delivery rate,shorten the stages of labor and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
