Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Ceftriaxone Sodium combined with Xiao'er Feire Kechuan Granules in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods A total of 78 children with upper respiratory tract infection in Zibo Central Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group(39 cases)and study group(39 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with Xiao'er Feire Kechuan Granules,while the study group was treated with Ceftriaxone Sodium combined with Xiao'er Feire Kechuan Granules.The inflammation indexes and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the white blood cell level,neutrophil percentage and C reactive protein level decreased in the two groups,and the white blood cell level,neutrophil percentage and C reactive protein level in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ceftriaxone Sodium combined with Xiao'er Feire Kechuan Granules treating upper respiratory tract infection in children has remarkable effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
