Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Ketamine combined with Propofol in children undergoing indirect inguinal hernia surgery.Methods A total of 80 children who underwent indirect inguinal hernia surgery in Jinan Eighth People's Hospital from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into study group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was given Ketamine to maintain anesthesia,and the study group was given Ketamine combined with Propofol to maintain anesthesia.The recovery quality,agitation and hemodynamics indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of spontaneous respiration,extubation time and recovery time in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,and the resuscitation room stay time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the ramsay sedation score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of agitation in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mean arterial pressure at 5 minutes after administration(T1)and 15 minutes after administration(T2)was lower than that before surgery(T0),and the heart rate was lower than that T0(P<0.05).However,the MAP at T1 and T2 in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the HR was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ketamine combined with Propofol applied in children undergoing indirect inguinal hernia surgery can improve the quality of recovery,reduce the incidence of agitation,and stabilize the hemodynamic indicators,which is worth popularizing.关键词
