基于循证护理模式的静脉留置针不完全置入法在小儿静脉输液治疗中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of incomplete insertion method of intravenous indwelling needle based on evidence-based nursing model in the treatment of intravenous infusion in children.Methods A total of 500 children admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Qingyuan People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 250 cases in each group.The control group adopted the complete insertion of intravenous indwelling needle,while the observation group adopted the incomplete insertion method of intravenous indwelling needle based on evidence-based nursing model.The indwelling time of intravenous indwelling needle,the times of nurses adjusting the infusion position,catheter-related complications,and the occurrence of indwelling needle root kinking were compared between the two groups.Results The indwelling time of intravenous indwelling needle in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the number of times nurses adjusted the infusion position was fewer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of root kink of indwelling needle in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after indwelling for 2,3,and 4 days(P<0.05).Conclusion The incomplete insertion method of intravenous indwelling needle in children based on the evidence-based nursing model can help reduce the frequency of nurses adjustment of infusion position,reduce the incidence of complications and the incidence of root kink of indwelling needle,and prolong the indwelling time of intravenous indwelling needle.关键词
