摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of health education with midwife as the core combined with pregnancy management model in primiparas.Methods A total of 100 primiparas admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from April 2021 to October 2022 were selected.According to the odd-even number method,they were divided into the control group(50 cases,routine nursing management mode)and the study group(50 cases,health education with midwife as the core combined with pregnancy management mode).The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the scores of negative coping,anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of positive coping was higher than that in the comparison group(P<0.05).The incidence of soft birth canal laceration and the total incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education with midwife as the core combined with pregnancy management model in primiparas can help to improve the adverse outcomes and psychological state of mothers and infants.关键词
