Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing intervention based on Freudian psychoanalysis theory in emergency adolescent depression children.Methods A total of 60 adolescent children with depression and suicide medication treated in the Department of Emergency of the Children's Hospital of Soochow University from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing methods,with 30 cases in each group.Suicidal attitude score,perceived stress score and total medication compliance rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the suicidal attitude scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the perceived stress scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total medication compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention based on Freudian psychoanalysis theory in emergency adolescent depression children can improve their suicidal attitude and pressure perception level,and enhance medication compliance,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
