Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of operating room nursing coordination path in hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyp.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients who underwent hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyp in Feng County People's Hospital of Xuzhou City from January 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group(n=45)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=45)received operating room nursing coordination path.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of operating room nursing coordination path in hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyp can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of complications.关键词
