Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of individualized skin nursing in children with hand-foot-mouth disease characterized by bullous rash.Methods A total of 200 children with hand-foot-mouth disease characterized by bullous rash in Kaiping Central Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received individualized skin nursing.The skin condition score,nursing compliance score and rash healing time were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the skin condition score increased in both groups,and the skin condition score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the rash healing time in the experimental group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized skin nursing in children with hand-foot-mouth disease characterized by bullous rash can improve the compliance of the children,accelerate the healing of the rash and shorten the recovery time,which is worth promoting.关键词
