摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of touch nursing in neonatal pneumonia.Methods A total of 70 newborns with pneumonia in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group received touch nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The symptom relief time,psychomotor developmental index,mental developmental index and vital sign were compared between the two groups.Results The relief time of pulmonary crackles,fever and cough in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,psychomotor developmental index and mental developmental index in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the respiratory rate and heart rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of touch nursing in neonatal pneumonia can alleviate the symptoms,promote the psychomotor and mental healthy development,which is worth popularizing.关键词
