摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of uterine fibroid.Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent operation for uterine fibroid in Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group by the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received comprehensive nursing.The postoperative rehabilitation,total incidence of complications and total nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The first time of getting out of bed after operation,postoperative exhaust time and bowel sound recovery time in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,the pain score at 3 days after operation in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the length of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of uterine fibroid has significant application effect,which can promote postoperative rehabilitation,reduce complications,and is worth popularizing.关键词
