摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of midwife psychological nursing in elderly parturient.Methods A total of 108 elderly parturient in Yangchun People's Hospital from March 2019 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group(54 cases)and study group(54 cases).The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received midwife psychological nursing.The duration of labor,cesarean section rate,total nursing satisfaction rate and psychological state in the two groups were compared.Results All stages of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the total nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of midwife psychological nursing in elderly parturient is remarkable,which can shorten the duration of labor,improve nursing satisfaction,alleviate negative emotions,and is worth promoting.关键词
