Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome caused by adenoid hypertrophy in children.Methods A total of 60 children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome caused by adenoid hypertrophy in the Affiliated Shunde Hospital of Jinan University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group by the lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray,the control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given high quality nursing.The night sleep indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The average apnea duration in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the hypopnea index and respiratory disturbance index in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome caused by adenoid hypertrophy in children can improve sleep and the quality of life,which is worth promoting.关键词
