摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing on the degree of pain and recovery of elbow joint function in postoperative children with humeral supracondylar fracture.Methods A total of 72 children with humeral supracondylar fracture in Lanling County People's Hospital from September 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received rehabilitation surgery nursing on the basis of control group.The degree of pain,the recovery of elbow function and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the score of behavioral scale of face,legs,activity,cry and consolability for children in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the excellent and good rate of elbow function recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing can reduce the degree of pain in postoperative children with humeral supracondylar fracture,promote the recovery of elbow joint function and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
