半夏白术天麻汤治疗老年女性高血压患者的临床效果

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of elderly female hypertension patients.Methods A total of 112 elderly female hypertension patients in Lingcheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Dezhou City from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(n=56,treated with Captopril)and the combination group(n=56,treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on the basis of the control group)according to the random number table method.The blood pressure level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the 24-hour systolic blood pressure and 24-hour diastolic blood pressure in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in elderly female hypertension patients can reduce the blood pressure level and adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
