Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bisoprolol Amlodipine Tablets combined with Songling Xuemaikang Capsules in the treatment of female climacteric patients with hypertension and its influence on quality of life.Methods A total of 100 female climacteric patients with hypertension treated in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Bisoprolol Amlodipine Tablets(Kangxinan),and the observation group was treated with Kangxinan combined with Songling Xuemaikang Capsules.The blood pressure level,quality of life and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure decreased in both groups,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health status,physiologic function,mental status,and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Kangxinan and Songling Xuemaikang Capsules has a significant effect in the treatment of female climacteric patients with hypertension,which can effectively improve the quality of life and reduce blood pressure levels,and it is worth promoting.关键词
