Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency in infants aged 0-3 years.Methods A total of 862 infants aged 0 to 3 years old who were admitted to the Department of Child Health of Suzhou Municipal Hospital from August 2016 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group(serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D<10-30 ng/ml)and the control group(serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D in>30-100 ng/ml)according to their serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D levels.The logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency in infants aged 0-3 years.Results There were statistically significant differences in age,feeding style,outdoor activity time,vitamin D supplementation of infants and mothers during pregnancy between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that age<1 year,exclusive breastfeeding,outdoor activity time<1 h/d,infants without additional vitamin D supplementation,and mothers without vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy were the risk factors for serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency in infants aged 0-3 years(P<0.05).Conclusion Age<1 year,exclusive breastfeeding,outdoor activity time<1 h/d,infants without additional vitamin D supplementation,and mothers without vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy are risk factors for serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency in infants aged 0-3 years.关键词
