Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xingpi Yang'er Decoction combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of acute enteritis in children.Methods A total of 150 children with acute enteritis admitted to Pucheng County Hospital from April 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder,and the observation group was treated with Xingpi Yang'er Decoction based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,the total incidence of adverse reactions,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and the levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingpi Yang'er Decoction combined with Montmorillonite Powder has definite clinical effect in the treatment of acute enteritis in children,which can shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,improve the levels of inflammatory factors and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
