Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets combined with Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea and its influence on intestinal hormones.Methods A total of 80 children with diarrhea treated in Lingcheng District People's Hospital of Dezhou City from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules,and the observation group was treated with Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets combined with Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules.The therapeutic effect,intestinal flora and gastrointestinal hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of Lactobacillus and Enterococcus in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the number of Eubacterium in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide,glucagon and neuropeptide Y in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets combined with Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules can effectively improve the intestinal flora and gastrointestinal hormone levels of children with diarrhea,improve the therapeutic effect,and can be widely used in clinic.关键词
