Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of double hysteroscopic surgery system in the treatment of residual intrauterine pregnancy tissue.Methods A total of 72 patients with residual intrauterine pregnancy tissue admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Boxing County from July 2018 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional hysteroscopic surgery,and the experimental group was treated with double hysteroscopic surgery system.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time and postoperative menstrual recovery time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of intrauterine adhesion and intrauterine infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clearance rate of residual intrauterine pregnancy tissue in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The double hysteroscopic surgery system in the treatment of residual intrauterine pregnancy tissue can shorten the operation time,postoperative menstrual recovery time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the clearance rate.关键词
