Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of massive transfusion with different proportions of components on coagulation function in patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 120 cases of postpartum hemorrhage treated in the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng from February 2018 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All of them received massive transfusion treatment,infusion>8 U red blood cells.According to the different ratio of suspended red blood cells to plasma,they were divided into the observation group(60 cases,suspended red blood cells∶plasma=1.5∶1)and the control group(60 cases,suspended red blood cells∶plasma=2.5∶1).The coagulation function of the two groups was compared.Results The thrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,and prothrombin time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the fibrinogen was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ratio of suspended red blood cell to plasma infusion of 1.5∶1 has little effect on coagulation function in the patients with postpartum hemorrhage.关键词
