摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of postpartum therapeutic apparatus combined with Kegel training on postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength and sexual function in puerpera.Methods A total of 86 puerpera who delivered in the Department of Obstetrics,Yinan People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with postpartum therapeutic apparatus,and the observation group was treated with postpartum therapeutic apparatus combined with Kegel training.The pelvic floor muscle strength and sexual function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the value of vaginal contraction electromyography,pelvic floor resting pressure and vaginal systolic pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sexual function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum therapeutic apparatus in combination with Kegel training can improve pelvic floor muscle and sexual function.关键词
