产后出血并发弥散性血管内凝血1例报道

摘要
Abstract
Postpartum hemorrhage is a serious complication in obstetrics and one of the main causes of maternal death.Postpartum hemorrhage is defined as vaginal bleeding>500 ml within 24 hours after natural delivery and>1000 ml after cesarean section.In severe cases,it will be secondary to disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC),resulting in maternal hemolytic anemia,shock,and even death.This paper reported a case of 40+ weeks of amenorrhea,a small amount of vaginal bleeding for more than 3 hours.The patient developed refractory postpartum hemorrhage after delivery,complicated by DIC and diffuse oozing blood in the abdominal cavity.The patient was transferred to the intensive care unit for further diagnosis and treatment.The characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of this case were retrospectively analyzed to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage complicated with DIC.关键词
