Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of multi-party linkage intervention combined with breastfeeding guidance on breastfeeding of natural childbirth primiparas.Methods A total of 160 primiparas who had natural childbirth in the Yinian County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center,Shandong Province from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given breastfeeding guidance,while the observation group was given multi-party linkage intervention combined with breastfeeding guidance.The lactation status,breastfeeding efficacy(BSES),mother role adaptation questionnaire(MRAQ)and exclusive breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results The lactation status of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The BSES and MRAQ scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The exclusive breastfeeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-party linkage intervention combined with breastfeeding guidance has a good application effect in natural childbirth primiparas,which can promote milk secretion,improve maternal breastfeeding efficacy and mother role adaptation ability,and increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding.关键词
