Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of unprotected perineum delivery combined with free position delivery in natural delivery puerpera.Methods A total of 138 pregnant women who delivered in the Department of Obstetrics of Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(traditional position delivery)and the study group(unprotected perineum delivery combined with free position delivery),with 69 cases in each group.Childbirth of two groups was observed.Results The rate of episiotomy in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the incidence of Ⅰ degree perineal laceration was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of Ⅱ degree perineal laceration was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum pain score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding 2 hours after delivery was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Unprotected perineum delivery combined with free position delivery can relieve labor pain,shorten stage of labor,reduce the degree of perineal laceration,the rate of lateral incision and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.关键词
