Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course responsibility accompanied delivery combined with airbag biomimetic midwifery in primipara.Methods A total of 122 primiparas who delivered in the Sixth People's Hospital of Heze City from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(61 cases)received routine midwifery,and the study group(61 cases)received whole-course responsibility accompanied delivery combined with airbag biomimetic midwifery on the basis of routine midwifery.The labor process,vaginal delivery and midwifery satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first and second stages of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the third stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).The vaginal delivery rate and total satisfaction rate of midwifery in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole-course responsibility accompanied delivery combined with airbag biomimetic midwifery in primipara can shorten the first and second stages of labor,and improve the vaginal delivery rate and midwifery satisfaction.关键词
