小剂量阿奇霉素治疗慢性中度持续期哮喘患儿的临床效果
Clinical effect of low-dose Azithromycin in the treatment of children with chronic moderate persistent asthma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-dose Azithromycin in the treatment of children with chronic moderate persistent asthma.Methods A total of 50 children with chronic moderate persistent asthma in the Second Nanning People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalation,while the observation group was treated with low-dose Azithromycin on the basis of control group.The pulmonary function index,inflammatory factor level,total effective rate and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)/forced vital capacity and FEV1%/predicted value ratio in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of interleukin(IL)-18,IL-6 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose Azithromycin treating children with chronic moderate persistent asthma has significant clinical effect,which can improve lung function,reduce inflammation reactions,decrease the incidence of adverse reactions,and is worth promoting.关键词
