摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of different concentrations of Ropivacaine combined with Fentanyl in labor analgesia.Methods A total of 100 puerperas who underwent labor analgesia in People's Hospital of Pingyi County from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received 0.15%Ropivacaine combined with Fentanyl in labor analgesia,and the observation group received 0.125%Ropivacaine combined with Fentanyl in labor analgesia.The analgesic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After administration,the pain scores of both groups decreased,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Different concentrations of Ropivacaine combined with Fentanyl have significant analgesic effects during labor,and 0.125%Ropivacaine combined with Fentanyl can reduce adverse reactions,which is worth promoting and applying.关键词
