摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the effect between different doses of Methylprednisolone in the adjuvant treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A total of 82 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in Xi'an Yanta Tianyou Children's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(41 cases)and study group(41 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received low-dose Methylprednisolone adjuvant treatment,and the study group received high-dose Methylprednisolone adjuvant treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was ealier than that in the control group,the time of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the pulmonary function indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion High-dose Methylprednisolone in the adjuvant treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is better than low-dose Methylprednisolone.关键词
