Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Levetiracetam combined with Sodium Valproate in the treatment of epilepsy in children.Methods A total of 64 children with epilepsy in Shanxian Dongda Hospital of Heze from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and combination group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sodium Valproate,and the combination group was treated with Levetiracetam combined with Sodium Valproate.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the neurological injury indexes in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the cognitive function scores in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Levetiracetam combined with sodium valproate treating children with epilepsy has significant clinical effect,which can reduce neurological injury,improve cognitive function,and is worthy of promotion.关键词
