Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of thinprep cytologic test(TCT)combined with human papilloma virus(HPV)and P16 protein immunohistochemical staining detection in cervical cancer screening.Methods A total of 180 women who received cervical cancer screening in Jingshan People's Hospital from July 2021 to May 2023 were selected for TCT,HPV and P16 protein detection.With pathological results as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of different detection methods was analyzed.Results The pathological results showed that among 180 cases,50 were positive and 130 were negative.The sensitivity and positive predictive value of TCT+HPV+P16 detection were higher than those of TCT+HPV and P16 detection(P<0.05).Conclusion TCT combined with HPV and P16 protein detection has high value in cervical cancer screening,which can improve the sensitivity and positive predictive value.关键词
