Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in prenatal placental vascular previa.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with suspected placental vascular previa who were treated in Lijin County Central Hospital of Shandong Province from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected,and all of them underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination.Using the results of postpartum placenta examination as the gold standard,the diagnostic effect of color Doppler ultrasound was analyzed.Results The pathological results showed that 87 cases were positive and 13 cases were negative.The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound was 93.00%,the rate of missed diagnosis was 6.90%,the sensitivity was 93.10%,and the specificity was 92.31%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a high diagnostic value in prenatal diagnosis of placental vascular previa.关键词
