Application of predictive care intervention in growth hormone provocation test for children with short stature
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application of predictive care intervention in growth hormone provocation test for children with short stature.Methods A total of 75 children with short stature who underwent growth hormone provocation test in Yunfu People's Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis.All the children were divided into the foresight group(n=50)and the control group(n=25)according to different intervention programs.The control group received routine care intervention,and the foresight group received routine care and predictive care.The incidence of adverse reactions,nursing satisfaction and mental status of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the foresight group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the foresight group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores in the foresight group were lower than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of predictive care intervention in children with short stature undergoing growth hormone provocation test is significant,which can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.关键词
