摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of self-care ability education intervention in elderly female patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 60 elderly female patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Yantai Beihai Hospital,Shandong Province from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received self-care ability education intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the left ventricular end-diastolic dimension and left ventricular end-systolic dimension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the fraction shortening and ejection fraction were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-care ability education intervention in elderly female patients with coronary heart disease can improve cardiac function,enhance quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events.关键词
