Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of paraffin therapy in the nursing of children with spastic type of cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 50 children with spastic type of cerebral palsy in Department of Child Rehabilitation,Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the experimental group received paraffin therapy on the basis of control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the daily living ability score and lower limb motor function score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the time spent walking 10 meters was shorter than that in the control group,and the joint range of motion was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Paraffin therapy in the nursing of children with spastic type of cerebral palsy has significant application effect,which can improve various clinical indicators,improve satisfaction,and is worth popularizing.关键词
