Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing management model in the nursing of children with pneumonia.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 children with pneumonia in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2020 to January 2022.According to different nursing methods,children receiving routine nursing intervention were included in the control group(50 cases),while those receiving holistic nursing management model were included in the observation group(50 cases).The disappearance time of symptoms,length of hospitalization and total incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing management model in the nursing of children with pneumonia can promote the rehabilitation of children and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,which is worth promoting and applying.关键词
