Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on psychological stress and pain level in children undergoing general anesthesia surgery for supracondylar humeral fracture.Methods A total of 87 children with supracondylar humeral fracture who underwent general anesthesia surgery in Mianyang Orthopedic Hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(43 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine perioperative nursing intervention,while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the time of postoperative exhaust and the time of getting out of bed in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the duration of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the scores of negative emotion and visual analogue scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of positive emotion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing in children undergoing general anesthesia surgery for supracondylar humeral fracture can reduce psychological stress and relieve pain,which is worth promoting.关键词
