Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of normative nursing guidance on the mental status and complication of pregnant women with hepatitis B virus(HBV).Methods A total of 124 pregnant patients with HBV in the Department of Obstetrics,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the observation group(n=62)and the control group(n=62)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received normative nursing guidance.The mental status and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of normative nursing guidance in pregnant women with HBV can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression,and reduce the incidence of postpartum complications.关键词
