Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality care in the laparoscopic surgery of patients with ovarian cyst.Methods A total of 57 patients with ovarian cyst undergoing laparoscopic surgery in Hongxu Town Health Center of Tengzhou City from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(29 cases)and the study group(28 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the study group received high-quality care.The postoperative related indicators,hospitalization time,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The time of first postoperative exhaust,postoperative food intake,recovery of bowel sounds,get out of bed and hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing satisfaction in the study group was 96.43%,which was higher than the 72.41%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of high-quality care in the laparoscopic surgery of patients with ovarian cysts is significant,which can accelerate their recovery and improve the quality of life,and has significant clinical promotion value.关键词
