加强健康宣教在慢性盆腔炎护理中的应用

Abstract
Objective To explore the application of strengthening health education in the nursing of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in Guodu Town Health Center of Xintai City from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(35 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group strengthened health education based on the control group.The disease-related knowledge and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the awareness scores of dietary knowledge,exercise knowledge,disease knowledge,daily life taboos knowledge,and therapeutic drugs in both groups increased(P<0.05),and the awareness scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-care skills,health knowledge,self-care responsibility and self-concept in both groups increased(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening health education has high application value in the nursing of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.关键词
