摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing combined with psychological nursing in female coronary CT angiography.Methods A total of 60 female patients who underwent coronary CT angiography in Yanzhou District People's Hospital of Jining City from July 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received predictive nursing combined with psychological nursing,and the mental status and image quality of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the image quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing combined with psychological nursing in female coronary CT angiography can improve the mental status of patients during the examination and enhance the image quality,which is beneficial for patients to complete the examination smoothly and guarantee the examination quality,and can be widely used.关键词
