Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in ultrasound-guided hydrostatic enema treatment of pediatric intussusception.Methods A total of 64 children with intussusception admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the study group and the control group according to the lottery method,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups received ultrasound-guided hydrostatic enema treatment,the study group received high-quality nursing,and the control group received routine care.Clinical indicators,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The time of reduction,hospitalization and intestinal function recovery in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the success rate of one-time reduction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing compliance and total nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing can shorten the treatment time in ultrasound-guided hydrostatic enema treatment of pediatric intussusception,and improve the nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction.关键词
