Abstract
Objective To analyze the distribution of vaginal microecology in patients with vaginitis in gynecological outpatient,and provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 4857 patients with vaginitis in gynecological outpatient were collected,who underwent vaginal microecological examination in the Department of Pathology,Changping Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine of Beijing from July 2020 to June 2022.The clinical data and the results of vaginal microecology of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results The rate of abnormal vaginal microecology was 97.57%in patients with vaginitis.There were statistically significant differences in the rates of normal vaginal microecology,normal vaginal flora but decreased function and abnormal vaginal flora among the three age groups(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the percentage of dominant bacteria and dry chemical detection indicators except catalase among the three age groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the prevalence rates of vulvovaginal candidiasis,bacterial vaginosis and aerobic vaginitis in patients with vaginitis among the three age groups(P<0.05).There was only one case of trichomonal vaginitis found in simple vaginitis,and the mixed vaginitis was only found in the 20 to 39 years old group and 40 to 50 years old group.The detection rate of vaginal flora was different in different seasons,with the highest in autumn and the lowest in spring(P<0.05).Conclusion The imbalance of vaginal microecology in patients with vaginitis is extremely serious,and only a few of them are normal.The distribution of vaginal microecology is different in different age groups and seasons.关键词
