Optimization of Prefabricated Building Construction Scheduling with Structural Constraints

Abstract
Prefabricated building is the way to transform the intelligent construction and industrializa-tion development of the construction industry,but in practice it often faces the problems of long con-struction cycle and high cost due to unreasonable construction scheduling,which limits the play of their advantageous potential.To solve this problem,this paper optimizes the construction scheduling of prefabricated building from the perspective of structural and resource constraints.Firsty,the structural constraints of prefabricated components are identified based on BIM technology,and then,with the minimum duration as the target,the construction resource constraints are considered comprehensively to propose an optimization model of prefabricated building construction scheduling under structural constraints,and the optimal scheduling scheme is obtained by solving based on genetic algorithm.Fi-nally,a case study and validation are conducted.The results show that the prefabricated building con-struction scheduling optimization model can shorten the project duration better than the traditional se-quential construction method.关键词
