Finite Element Analysis of Steel-Basalt Hybrid Fiber Concrete Pressure Pipeline

Abstract
The effects of mixed fiber soil mixed with steel and basalt on the bearing characteristics of the outer concrete of the pressure pipeline of hydropower station,the crack morphology after cracking,and the stress of steel lining and reinforcement were studied.Axial tensile tests were carried out on 10 groups of steel-basalt hybrid fiber reinforced concrete with different content,thus the uniaxial tensile stress-strain curves of steel-basalt hybrid fiber reinforced concrete were obtained.Taking the steel lined reinforced concrete pressure pipe-line structure of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station as an example,the influence of the addition of steel-basalt hybrid fiber on the stress of the steel,crack propagation and crack width of the concrete outside the pipeline was analyzed by using finite element software.Based on the large scale model test results of the pres-sure pipeline structure of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station,the stress of steel lining and steel reinforce-ment under two schemes of steel-lined reinforced steel-basalt hybrid fiber concrete pressure pipeline and con-ventional steel-lined reinforced concrete pressure pipeline was compared and analyzed.The results show that the overall stress of the pressure pipeline structure is more uniform after the addition of steel-basalt hybrid fi-ber,and the number of cracks and width of cracks in the outer concrete of the pipeline are also significantly reduced,and the stress of the steel lining and reinforcement of the pressure pipeline is significantly reduced.关键词
