摘要
Abstract
In this study,207 early childhood teachers were used as subjects,and 20 early childhood teachers were in-terviewed using the competing theories and job requirement-control theory and two rounds of evaluation by experts in the field of preschool education using the interview method and Delphi expert survey.The scale was divided into 2 dimensions and the reliability of the questionnaire met the measurement requirements.The results showed that teachers'fear of misinfor-mation at work in Guangzhou was at a moderate level,and that there was no significant effect of teachers'classroom experi-ence on teachers'fear of misinformation at work,but there was a significant negative effect of teaching experience on fear of misinformation at work.关键词
