摘要

Abstract

Based on the Doppler weather radar data,we design a set of municipal artificial weather operation data processing software integrating the main functions of short-term and imminent weather monitoring and operation instruction calculation through mixed programming of MATLAB and Python.The software further standardizes and refines the business workflow.It can analyze a variety of radar products and overlay GIS information and safety range map.It can quickly calculate the operation instructions by accurately identifying and tracking multiple characteristics of the target operation cloud.After the business ap-plication test,the software is convenient for interactive processing,and the output results can provide an objective and scientific reference for the command of artificial weather at this stage.
